“Some Days Are Slow – But Still Strong”


 Not every day will be perfect. And that’s okay.

        Some mornings you’ll feel low. Some days your body won’t cooperate. But you’re still trying — and that means strength.

🌟 Here’s what I remind myself on slow days:

            1.    “My body is healing, even when it feels tired.”

            2.    "I’m allowed to rest without guilt.”

            3.    “Even a small step counts — a glass of water, a 10-min walk, a prayer.”


✅ What to do on low-energy days:

            1.    Drink warm water or herbal tea.

            2.    Do 5 mins of stretching – no pressure.

            3.    Write 3 things you're grateful for

            4.    Eat one nourishing meal — that's enough

            5.    And most importantly: Speak kindly to yourself 🫶

So if today feels slow… just breathe. Smile. You’re still in the journey. You’re still enough 🌸
