At first, Meera thought it was silly. But as days passed, she realized something. The pain was still there, but she didn’t feel crushed by it anymore. Each mindful breath gave her a little space — space to rest, space to feel calm, space to heal.

She learned that healing wasn’t only about her body. It was also about her mind finding peace. And mindfulness gave her exactly that — the courage to heal, one moment at a time.
